RE+ECHO is a cross-media live project organized by SOMSOC GALLERY, built around the fusion of sound and visuals.

At its core are "RE" (replay, redefine, reflect) and "ECHO" (resonance, response). It's a framework for creating new spaces of musical exchange that move freely between the digital and the physical.

Held once or twice a month on Saturday nights, each event transforms the gallery and shop into a single immersive environment, making full use of multiple screens and sound equipment to turn the entire space in the center of Tokyo into a living stage for expression.

What defines RE+ECHO is the stripping away of labels and titles — a platform where artists and community co-create on the same level. The spontaneous resonance that emerges from open-ended pairings like "visual artist × musician" presents a form of music scene that is neither live house nor club, but something entirely new and open.
