Payment & Shipping

  • We accept credit cards (Visa / MasterCard / American Express), Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

    Payments made by credit card, Shopify Payments, or PayPal are processed and confirmed at checkout.

    For Cash on Delivery, please pay the total amount (tax included) plus the carrier’s COD handling fee directly to the delivery staff upon arrival of the goods.

    Please note:
    • The COD handling fee is determined by the shipping carrier.
    • Cash on Delivery is available for domestic shipments within Japan only.

  • Orders within Japan are shipped via Yamato Transport.

    Shipping fees vary depending on the size and weight of the item, and the exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

  • International orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service).

    Available countries and regions for shipping can be confirmed at checkout.

  • International shipping fees are calculated based on the destination region and the total packaged weight.

    The final shipping cost will be confirmed at checkout, not on the product page.

  • We offer shipping within Japan as well as international shipping.

    After payment is confirmed, orders are typically shipped within 3–7 business days.

    Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.

    For international shipments, any customs duties or import taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Depending on the destination country or region, customs duties and import taxes may apply.

    Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, changes or cancellations may be possible.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, including photos of the issue.

    We will review the situation and assist you accordingly.

  • As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.

    However, we will accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases, provided that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item:

    • The product has an initial defect.
    • The product was damaged during shipping.
    • The delivered item differs from your order.

    Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests made after the above period.
