A sofubi figure from Dian’s manga PRINCESS YUELIANG. Created in collaboration with Josh Wang, founder of the sofubi brand BLACKPEARLS. This is a limited colorway from the Kaiju Girl solo exhibition held in Taiwan in 2024.
PRINCESS YUELIANG dreams of becoming a space pilot. But on her first mission, she is attacked by a space kaiju and her entire fleet is destroyed. Standing on the brink of death, she waits for the end in the vacuum of space. Then a mysterious power from the far side of the moon saves her and transforms her into a modified life-form. From that moment on, she sets out on a journey of revenge against the space kaiju.
