Papayep Comic - Fénomena 1

Fénomena, presented by SOMSOC GALLERY, is an epic comic anthology by 16 young Chinese and French creators, including comic artists and film directors, created around the theme “outside the city.”

Nominated for Best Independent Comic at the 2026 Angoulême International Comics Festival, this work is co-published by Papayep and OWSPACE. It vividly portrays rural places and hometowns where nostalgia and changing times intersect, from multiple perspectives.
