Return and Exchange Policy

SOMSOC accepts returns within 7 days after delivery, provided that the item is new, unused, unopened, and returned with its tags attached.

To request a return, please contact support@somsoc.jp within 7 days after delivery. Returns without prior notice cannot be accepted.

Returns for customer reasons are also accepted. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted. If an item is returned cash on delivery, we may refuse the package or deduct the return shipping cost from the refund amount. There is no refund handling fee. After we confirm the returned item, we will process the refund within approximately 7 days.

If the item has an initial defect, is damaged during shipping, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days after delivery. In this case, SOMSOC will cover the return shipping cost and will arrange an exchange or refund.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: used or opened items, items without tags or accessories, items damaged or soiled after delivery, made-to-order items, sale items, and items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges are available only when replacement stock is available. If replacement stock is not available, we will process a refund.
