International Returns

International Return Policy

SOMSOC accepts returns within 7 days after delivery, provided that the item is new, unused, unopened, and returned with all tags and accessories attached.

To request a return, please contact support@somsoc.jp within 7 days after delivery. Returns without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Returns for customer reasons, such as size preference, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item, are accepted. However, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Cash-on-delivery or postage-due returns are not accepted. If an item is returned with shipping charges billed to SOMSOC, we may refuse the package or deduct the return shipping cost from the refund amount. There is no refund handling fee. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within approximately 7 days.

If the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days after delivery. In this case, SOMSOC will cover the return shipping cost and will arrange an exchange or refund.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: used or opened items, items without tags or accessories, items damaged or soiled after delivery, made-to-order items, sale items, and items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges are available only when replacement stock is available. If a replacement is not available, we will process a refund.
