John Ho

Painter and Designer

Born in Hong Kong, John Ho is also active as an illustrator. His main work includes illustration, character design, exhibitions, and lifestyle goods. He published a poetry-and-image collection based on the concept of “picture books for adults,” which drew attention when released simultaneously in the Chinese-speaking market.

In 2023, he graduated from Yokohama Design College. Since then, he has also been creating works about life in Japan.

His works strongly reflect his inner world, honestly portraying affection for family, lovers, and the things around him. Their youthful sentimentality, simple compositions, and colors are filled with the delicate and quiet lyricism shared across Asian sensibilities.
